- Coverage differs by FEP Blue plan option, not by employer: in the FAQ’s 2026 formulary-exception tier table, Zepbound is Tier 3 on FEP Blue Basic and Standard, while Wegovy and Zepbound are Tier 2 on FEP Blue Focus.Federal employees:
