What it is

myBMI is a British online weight-loss service run by prescribing pharmacists. The short answer for US readers: you cannot use it. Its terms say you must live in the United Kingdom [1], and its partner pharmacy ships only to UK addresses [2]. We found no US state license list, no US pharmacy and no US prices on its site.

This page exists because people in the US search for it. If you are in the US, skip to the last section for options that do serve you.

What it prescribes

The site is built around two brand-name injections, Wegovy and Mounjaro [3], and its price pages cover both. We found no compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide on the pages we read. myBMI prescribes Mounjaro for weight loss, but in the US its maker describes it as a medicine to lower blood sugar in type 2 diabetes [12]; see what each GLP-1 is approved for.

What it costs

Prices are in pounds and include the consultation and the medicine. The home page says packages start from £99 and also cover medicine for common side effects such as nausea [6]. Wegovy runs from £119 a month at the starting dose to £199 at 2.4 mg [4]. Mounjaro runs from £169 at 2.5 mg to £309 at 15 mg [5]. Single orders ship free; bundles carry a £8.95 delivery charge [8]. The site also sells 2-month Wegovy bundles [11].

Signing up and cancelling

Each consultation covers about a month of treatment, and you come back for a review before the next supply [7]. We did not find a standing subscription. An order can be cancelled until it has been passed to the pharmacy for dispatch [9].

Safety and regulatory record

myBMI is regulated in the UK, not by US authorities. It says its dispensing pharmacy, Chemist4U, is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the UK pharmacy regulator [10]. We found no FDA warning letter addressed to myBMI in FDA’s warning letter database, which is what you would expect for a company that does not sell into the US.

Who it suits, and who should look elsewhere

myBMI suits adults who live in the UK and want Wegovy or Mounjaro with a published price for each dose. Everyone in the US should look elsewhere, since its own terms rule out US residents and US addresses [1] [2].
