If your plan does not cover Foundayo, or you pay cash

Medicare, Medicaid and no insurance

  • With Medicare: No. No, the Foundayo savings card excludes Medicare. The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge covers Foundayo for a $50 copay if you qualify.
  • With Medicaid: No. No, the Foundayo savings card excludes Medicaid and every other government-funded program.
  • With no insurance: No. No, the $25 Foundayo card needs commercial insurance. Without insurance, LillyDirect sells Foundayo self-pay from $149 a fill at 0.8 mg.
