Lilly Cares Foundation
- Lilly Cares is a separate nonprofit that gives donated Lilly medicine free to people who qualify: those who are unemployed, or have limited income and no insurance.
If you take a Lilly medicine and are currently unemployed, or if you have limited income and don't have insurance, you may qualify for free Lilly medicine through the Lilly Cares Foundation, a separate nonprofit organization that provides donated Lilly medications at no cost to qualifying patients.

If my application is approved, my approval letter will tell me when my enrollment will expire (generally in 12 months or at the end of the calendar year for those with Medicare Part D). After my enrollment expires, I will need to reapply to the Program.
