A membership telehealth service with published starting prices for compounded GLP-1s and brand-name drugs, plus insurance help. The catch: its main offer is compounded, and the medicine is billed on top of the membership.

What it is

Mochi Health is a membership telehealth service for weight care and other conditions. Mochi Health Corp. runs the technology and administration, while affiliated medical practices provide the care [25]. The membership and the medicine are billed separately [1]. Mochi says you can use it from anywhere in the United States [19], although drug availability and prices vary by state [1].

What it prescribes

Both kinds, and the compounded drugs lead its home page. It lists compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections [2], a compounded semaglutide pill [3], and compounded orforglipron as a daily oral form [4] [5]. Orforglipron is also the ingredient in the brand-name pill Foundayo, which Mochi lists separately [6]. Mochi’s own page says compounded drugs are not FDA approved or evaluated [1], and FDA says it does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold [26]. A compounded product is a different product from the approved brand.

What it costs

The membership is $39 for a new member’s first month, then $79 a month, and the promotional price is not offered in every state [12]. Prepaid plans cost $207 for three months, $354 for six and $588 for twelve [13]. Members with qualifying insurance can join a separate insured plan [17], listed at $119 for six months or $199 for twelve [13].

The medicine is always extra [11], and Mochi prices it by weekly dose [14]. These are its starting prices:

Insurance may cover the membership, the medicine or both, depending on your plan [15]. Mochi’s team contacts your insurer to get a treatment plan approved when the drug is on your formulary [16]. Signing up and cancelling

You can cancel the paid membership at any time in your account or by phone [20]. Email is not an accepted way to cancel [24]. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current term [21], and Mochi does not refund partly used periods, except case by case [22]. Safety and regulatory record

GLPLens searched FDA’s warning-letter database in September 2026 for Mochi, Mochi Health and joinmochi and found no letter to this company. The only matches were unrelated vape companies. The main point to weigh is the product mix: most of the lowest prices on its site are for compounded drugs [2] [4], which FDA has not approved [26]. Because it sells compounded drugs, GLPLens does not link to Mochi.

Who it suits, and who should look elsewhere

Mochi may suit someone who wants one membership that can handle insurance paperwork for a brand-name drug, with a cash fallback and published starting prices. Look elsewhere if you want to stay with FDA-approved medicines only and avoid a service built around compounded products, or if you would rather not pay a membership on top of the drug.
