Strut Health review

A low-priced, cash-only service that sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with the visit included. The catch: it sells no FDA-approved GLP-1, and FDA sent it a warning letter in February 2026 with no close-out posted.

What it is

Strut Health is a cash-pay telehealth company based in Dallas that covers sexual health, hair, skin and weight loss [22]. Its weight-loss line is compounded GLP-1 medicine with provider check-ins and home delivery [1]. FDA sent it a warning letter in February 2026 [17].

What it prescribes

Compounded drugs only. The weight-loss page lists compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, each as a weekly injection or a daily oral product [2] [3]. Strut’s own page says compounded drugs are not FDA approved or evaluated [4], and FDA says it does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold [23]. Its compounded tirzepatide lists vitamin B6 as a second active ingredient [11], so it is a different product from any approved brand.

The same page sells a supplement called PeptideVite as a GLP-1 support blend [5]. GLPLens found no FDA-approved GLP-1, such as Wegovy or Zepbound, on its weight-loss page. For the approved drugs, see our Wegovy and Zepbound pages.

Strut’s prices include physician consultations and free shipping [6]:

Where it operates

Strut says it ships to every state except Arkansas, and some medicines are not available in every state [13]. That FAQ answer is dated September 2024 [13], so confirm your state before you start.

Signing up and cancelling

The weight-loss page says you can cancel anytime [1], and the FAQ says you can cancel, pause or delay the monthly order [14]. Give 48 hours’ notice before the next order is processed [15]. Safety and regulatory record

FDA reviewed struthealth.com in December 2025 [17]. Its warning letter said the product photos showed “Strut” on the label, which suggested Strut made the drugs when it did not [18]. FDA also cited website wording that described its compounded products as generic versions of two brand-name drugs [19], and said claims like these implied an FDA approval or review that never happened [20].

The letter went to Strut Health, LLC at the same Dallas address the site lists today [21] [22]. FDA’s database listed no close-out letter when this page was updated, so we treat the letter as open. Because of the letter, and because it sells compounded drugs, GLPLens does not link to Strut.

Who it suits, and who should look elsewhere

Strut may suit someone set on a compounded GLP-1 at a low, all-in monthly price who is comfortable with a service under an open FDA warning letter. Look elsewhere if you want an FDA-approved medicine, want to use insurance, or live in Arkansas. Our programs page compares brand-name options.
